The DH1 original diaphragms were aluminum
the DH1A is titanium and
the DH7 is titanium.
The DH1 and DH1A were rated down to 500hz and
the DH7 is rated down to 1000hz.
The ND6X is basically a neodimium version or the DH1A.
The ND6 is a neodimium version of the DH7.
The ND6 and the DH7 use a slightly thinner/lighter diaphragm for a little more top end extension.
They will physically interchange but there would be some response differences, slight but it never hurts to keep everything matched.
